How does this work I presume you need to be living fairly close, is there any investment involved , what part of country are you in.

Basically the way it works is the sharemilker brings labour and cows and or some sort of investment while the farmer provides the land and facilities. The milk cheque is split depending on the level of investment the share milker brings.

Would uup be better off paying a person top wack to be farm worker/ manager ?
Co's someone is going to want top wack any way if they bring cows and investment plus gets messy if things don't work out
    Best of luck either way

Mod note: OP, I'm closing this thread. This is a forum for discussion of farming issues, not for free advertising of positions vacant.

If you want to discuss Share Milking, I can edit out some of the posts here, otherwise it's closed.

I suggest DoneDeal or the Farmers Journal classifieds, wishing you well in your search.

    Buford T.Justice.
