I've searched the available salary surveys, glassdoor, etc. but it seems to be a bit of a mystery over here. I'm searching for a salary bands for in-house Transfer Pricing Senior Manager Salary in Dublin area. Around 10 years experience, global responsibility covering both Americas, EMEA and APJ, c.a. 40-50 entities and c.a. 30 countries. Responsible for compliance (TP documentation, CBCR), operational TP, legal intracompany agreements (within transfer pricing area), TP policy, TP risk management and defence, FIN 48 TP reserves, etc. Managing external consultants, hands on position. Reporting to Director Tax, dotted line to head of tax in US. Company is a tech US multinational. No direct reports due to currently implemented state of the art software to deal with operational and compliance TP managed by the TP manager. Otherwise team of around 4-5 would be needed reporting to him.

Anyone has any idea about the salary range - basis, bonus, stock? Obviously it's on a case by case basis but surly there is a lower and upper band.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Disclaimer - I'm not in industry.. but would Senior Tax Manager roles not be a reasonable comparison? Increased slightly for the specialism maybe?

My guess would be 85k plus..

If less than €100k I'd be surprised. I imagine package 100-150k.
    Good luck

Thanks for the response guys. Indeed it is somewhat comparable with tax specialization but it is hard to get insights into hard numbers. A lot of those positions is fairly new as they are carved out from tax department responsibility and handed over to specialist.

That's pretty close to the truth, but it depends on the company, too.
