Steam Cloud Save Question

Had to wipe my laptop and reinstall windows Now when I go to load game there is only 1 cloud save and its from 4 months ago I was playing FM last night and as recently saved my save to the cloud Why isnt it showing up? Is there a way to get it back? It was 100% saved to cloud Thanks
