Hi all

I have a Kingspan DF100 installed since 2009. Of late it has been showing up errors and over that time I have had a number of plumbers out to have a look at it. Including KP themselves, the issue is resolved (air in system) and all is well for a while and then it returns.

Today, the panel temp is 156, tank bottom 16 and the pump is running. The pumps station shows 30 on the hot return (red) and 40 on the cold (blue). Should it not be the other way around?

Any advice or clarifications welcome. The original plumber is no more.
