Friday is always the best. Doubt you will find one on a Sunday. Check out bubbalicious or saffron but not so sure on Saturday if it happens at either

Sunday is equivalent of our Monday.
Their Friday is like our Saturday.

Brunch is Saturday. The westin is good

Yep Friday without doubt the best. If want to splash out go for Saffron in the Atlantis. Did it last November-excellent food and fun. If you want cheaper consult time out DubaI. There are lots of them!
Evening all you can eat/drink buffets a good option too. Meridian terrace do a good outdoors one-different theme every night, menu on website. Spice Island cheap and cheerful-an old reliable!
