Extending triple Extension Ladder

This sounds like a very stupid question but does anyone have an idea how I extend a 7.6m triple extension ladder ON MY OWN? The ladder has locking clips either side of the rungs which must be pressed down simultaneously in order to move up each section. If I need both hands to press the safety clips, I can't then push up each section ( which are quite heavy). Thanks

Get the top section extended as far as you can stand ladder against wall. Then you can push up the middle section ,climbing up ladder as you go till at required height
    regards

I've taken off the locking clips. The manufacturer ( in UK ) said that as the ladder was so long, it requires 2 men to operate it hence the safety clips either side. I can now use it like every other "normal" person. ( Calahonda, thats very good! )
