Samsung S8 or S8 plus from Three

    Hi there,

    I pre ordered an S8+ from three with the understanding that pre orders will arrive 8 days sooner than general release..ie 20/04/17.

    Today I received an email from Three ( orders@3Ireland ) telling me that my order is Dispatched.

    I logged into three and tracked my order and the status is coming up as Dispatched.

    Just wondering if anyone else out there has ordered from Three and if they have received dispatch notification?

    Any info would be great.

    Is it definitely the phone? You're not being sent a new SIM or something?

    Nope it is definitely the Samsung s8+ orchid grey that is showing as dispatched.

    Its probably some glitch, but was just interested to know if others had experienced it too

    I got the mail as well. I've been on to live chat and they've told me the mails were sent in error.

    Hi thanks for the response. I did the same thing and chatted to a rep online ( frustrating experience as always ). My only concern is that this error does not effect the real dispatch...cos the system seems to think my and your orders are already dispatched.

    Just got a text message from Three with the following

    "Dear Customer, You will have received an email today informing that we have dispatched your Samsung Galaxy S8 Handset. This was sent inadvertently, so please ignore. We assure you that your order will be dispatched on April 19th for delivery on April 20th. Apologies for the confusion "

    Mystery solved I guess.
