Edison os mini

    I have an Edison os mini box that will connect to broadband but will not pick up the dish. My sky box will work using the same dish. Can anyone help with this problem or is the box just broken?

    You could check if the tuner(s) is setup.

    Setup
    Service searching
    Tuner configuration

    Can't get into menu as it is looking for a pin . Can the pin be bypassed anyway

    My advice would be to Download the latest vix image for it and flash it and start from scratch . if the pin hasn't been set it will be 0000
