    HI,

Amazon.de have agreed to take back 2 items from me. They have issued an International Customer Return, which says to bill Amazon.

I have checked with my local post office & they do not accept these return documents.

Has anyone ever used one of these & what carrier did you use them with?

Doing the same in Amazon UK. There you need to pay the postage and scan the receipt to them for a refund.

They don't do that anymore unfortunately.

Have to pay for the return and then claim it back from them, which usually is never an issue.
