eBay order over and tracker not updating???

    Hello,

    I am waiting on a parcel from an eBayer that overdue.

    The Pitney Bowes parcel tracker hasn't updated any details since Monday and the indicator bar still shows it was dispatched but seller but hasn't been "Processed at the Global Shipping Center" yet.

    Does anyone know if this tracker is reliable? Could the package be further along than shown?

    And do Pitney Bowes use any particular courier in Ireland?

    The seller sends it to a depot somewhere. Courier A will bring that from there to England. Then Courier B (Pitney) will deliver it onwards (though an Irish courier/AnPost).

    Its a long way off yet.

    I don't understand the delay.

    The seller dispatched it on Thursday last week.

    If I'm understanding the indictor bar correctly, it hasn't even been scan at the Pitney Bowes depot.

    Why is it the stuff from eBay that is needed quickly is always the stuff that gets delayed or goes astray. :rolleyes:
