board of management guys general question about this who is over a board of management. and if its a standalone employer run by board of management perhaps this means that your contracts belongs to the orgnastion and not a third party. Just to clarify its in the health service in public sector. any ideals or op ions I work…

any ideals or op ions

I work in public sector in a non voluntary hospital and want to transfer to an HSE hospital but yet section 37 and 38 of the public health hospital bill means I keep all my service pay and pension. The problem I have is that is I not allowed to go from here to an HSE Hospital cause you only allowed if your are directly employed by HSE directly. Any ideals arround this as we are part funded by HSE but run by a board of a managment.
