Hi all, Have just bought my first camper and very excited about it!! Would anyone recommend joining one (or more) of the various campervan clubs?

Depends on your age, interests, if you have kids I suppose. Have a look at past rallies on the various clubs. I would have no interest in most of the IMCC rallies but the phoenix and munster clubs have been to some lovely spots. Good for younger kids, most teenagers won't be seen dead at a rally because of the high fogey count.

The ICCC is good. Probably 50/50 between caravans and motorhomes. There are separate branches and then national rallies. Very friendly, like a few bevvies, all good !
