    Hi there,

We're possibly going to need a solicitor to pursue a pension issue with an insurance company - as finances are limited, just wondering if anyone could recommend a good one in the Munster area who offers free first consultation (not sure if we have many options but badly need advice to see where to go from here...)?

Do PM me if you prefer and any suggestions much appreciated - thanks.

Have you contacted The Financial Ombudsman? They offer a free service.

Have you exhausted the dispute resolution procedure and appeal process with the insurance company ?
A good chat with an experienced independent insurance broker may also be worthwhile as I doubt your average solicitor would be of much use without engaging specialist and expensive legal eagles.

Thanks bridster, also thinking of exploring that route..........it's a bit of a complicated one, court order many years ago involved which specifies the wrong policy number, just wondering about the validity of the order.

    thanks for your suggestion
