I frequently use paypal, with delivery to my Irish Address, and it's working fine. Now I have an AnPost Address Pal, English address as well. Paypal gives the option of another address, and I have entered the English address for a purchase I have just made. My question is will this work? I have heard that PayPal only works for the address that is on the Credit Card.

Yes it will work. You can have multiple address's on your paypal account.
