    Can anyone give an idea of cost of installing an ensuite. Have just gone sale agreed on a house. It's a 70's house. Has a washbasin in the bedroom but no wastepipe.
    Looking to install very basic ensuite (shower/sink/loo)- nothing fancy.
    Any recent experiences?

    It's a ball park, get some quotes, but you have to consider :

    Ripping up existing finishes
    Installing new walls
    New bathroom fittings
    Tiles
    Ventilation
    Adequate drainage back to the system with suitable venting externally
    Finishes to the other side

    You won't see it adding up.
