    I have been trying for over a week to contact the above office by phone (01 673 2000 is the number I am using) but have failed on every occasion to get speaking to somebody.

    Is this number correct or does anyone have an alternative number that would get through?

    From previous experience I found that SW offices never answer their phones. Its best to call into them imo.

    If they're short staffed they don't have anyone to answer the phone so your better off to drop in
