I'm in higher now for junior cert and I have a C grade in the bag for sure. Could've got a B but my oral didn't go that good. But JC Irish is basically all learnt off, it's a joke. Is a lot of leaving cert Irish learnt off or do you have to have a genuine good knowledge of the language? Is there a big difference between higher and ordinary leaving cert Irish? Any Irish study tips for lc would also be greatly appreciated :)

I'd say to get a H1 (90+) and even a H2 (80-90) you'd need to have a good grasp of vocabulary and grammar outside of just learning notes, but a H3 is achievable for most if you're in any way good at the language.
