    Hi all,

I'm looking to set up a small 3 person office near Vodafones HQ in Leopardstown. The 4G signal seems to be very solid with Speedtest.net showing a consistent download speed >60mb and upload >40mb.

We won't be heavy users so I'm thinking the most pragmatic solution will be to get the Vodafone Red Super 4G package for €24 per month on an 18 month contract with an allowance of 30gb per month, see http://www.vodafone.ie/small-business/mobile-broadband/wifi.

The main question I have is what modem should I choose? I assume the B3500 is more robust and heavy duty than either the R216 or the mobile R209ZR, see http://shop.vodafone.ie/shop/mobile-broadband.

I don't need mobile/battery capability as the modem will remain permanently in the office.

Can anyone with some knowledge of the Vodafone modems give me a steer?

    Cheers.

The R209ZR is gonna be **** slow, not sure why you're including that.

If its one room the 216 would be ok, if you need to cover three rooms though go with the full LTE router. Also 30GB really is cutting it fine. Even windows updates will take a chunk of that every second tuesday of the month.

test the speed you get with 3 mobile. if its good get a 3 sim and buy a e5186 and you will have unlimited download limit for €20 a month.
