Doesn't anyone know where to adopt a hamster rather than shop?

    I have been looking a websites like done deal and adverts but there is always someone who jumps to the chance, did u know any other options? I all ready have a winter white a in detolf cage and getting another for a different hamster. Thank you

    There doesn't seem to be much of an adoption community for hamsters as much even as rats. So not sure where you'd look to be honest.

    There used to be a girl in Tipperary (she was a boards user a good while ago too) who ran a Guinea Pig and Hamster rescue... not sure if she's still doing ti though.
    Might it be worthwhile placing a "Wanted" ad, op?
