    1: I am not an Irish Water Commercial customer but have received a bill for a Commercial premise?
     
    If you are an Irish Water Domestic customer, but have received a bill for a Commercial premise, please send us a PM with the below details and we can investigate:
     

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - The Account Number from the Irish Water Bill; and
    - Confirmation that you are the named account holder.



    2: I’ve had no water pressure to my cold kitchen tap supply all morning, are there any issues in my area?
     
    We’re sorry to read that you are experiencing issues with your water pressure.
     
    If you are still experiencing issues and there are no known supply disruptions mentioned at wtr.ie/SupplyInfo for your area, please send us a PM with the following details:

    3: My water supply has been undrinkable for the past three months due to discolouration, is this being fixed?

    4: Dirty water around noon in the Donnybrook/Belfield area
     
    There were essential works on Kilmacud Road Upper on March 22nd, which may have also affected the surrounding area. These works had an estimated completion time of 1pm, which may have been why supply to the area was discoloured.
