New job not what i expected

I started a new job March 1st as a project engineer. Since i started that job iv had 2 more job offers, both with increased salaries of 2.5k & 18k per annum. I turned both down as i saw them as being unprofessional to jump ship only a week after starting my current position. As im now one month in a few things are not what i expected.
    1. I started my current role doing basic admin work which was numerous levels below what i was used used to (my previous role i had worked my way from site engineer - agent - PM). I kicked a little bit of a fuss about this and they have now got a admin person in to take over his work so i can get more out to site.
    2. My work vehicle is a station wagon, im covering a 100 acre site of rough terrain.  I was told i would get the last site engineers ute ( im in nz) which for me was a piece of s**t so again i kicked a little fuss and stated i was expecting better considering where i was coming from and my experience. I have been covering the site on foot for the last month with the PMs on site and foreman having 2016 Mitsubishi utes, 4x4 Land cruisers and an older 4x4 ford ranger.

All in all iv been a little unhappy with set up but i am bearing in mind iv just started and hoping things improve. I have made my feeling known to both PM's on the job and the HR manager who interviewed me. Mu ute is due to arrive shortly and for me it could be a deal breaker.

I have two interviews coming up with different companies and my question is, if there offers are more/better than my current role, how do i approach my current employer for better working conditions/pay or what what should i possibly do.... hand in my notice and take new offers if better etc.

    any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks

When you're new in a job, most employers put their employees on some kind of probation until they can trust that they are decent workers. I don't see how it's unprofessional for an employee to apply the same logic to the employer. If your employer is already screwing you this early in the job, you're mad to turn down other job offers out of loyalty to them.

Well that is actually written in my contract that I am on a 3 month probationary period. I don't see loyalty here as it's so early on, my salary is good $93k €63k but I do know I could get more elsewhere and I now know what I should be specifying in any offers to come my way. I will just wait and see what comes of these interviews tomorrow

Things dont get better. How it is when you start is basically how it will always be. Take more money if offered and run.

Leave. Put it down as a few months travelling when future employers ask.
