is Development contribution payable for footprint or all floors?

so for a 2 storey building of 10x10m footprint, would your contribution be calculated for 100sqm or 200sqm (total floor area inc 2nd floor) ? thanks

Total floor area, not just the area of footprint.

Ok thanks, and if we then go and do an attic conversion a few years down the road , will be have to pay up for another development contribtuion covering that new additional floor area?
