Best gumshields for martial arts

Currently brown in shotokan karate but I am using a shock doctor gumshield and it is brutal for gagging and I can't breathe correctly with it. I have seen the Sisu gumshields on Amazon and I am wondering if anyone here uses them. Very thin but are they effective. Any gagging issues ?

Check out Impact Gumshields, custom made and very reasonable. I have had mine for over a year and have to say its easily the best gumshield I have ever used.
