Our 1 year old Yorkshire Terrier goes nuts and barks very loudly when the windscreen wipers are on in the car, and its very distracting to try to drive. I can't tell if its just a bit of fun for the dog or is she angry? Any advice to curtail the barking?

Forgive my ignorance. What's a 'kong'?

Rubber toy you put food in. It's nice and distracting.

Is it the noise or the motion? If it's the noise you could get a recording of it and gradually desensitize her.

Thanks. I think its the motion of the wipers that seems to get her going.
