Behind RH wheel in front of rear axle is the tandem pump / filter / manifold assembly. In front of the centrifugal filter bowl at its base are 2 solenoids facing forward. Inner one closest to rear axle housing is 4WD, outer one is diff lock. Can be swapped as a test to rule out electrical part holding open keeping pressure applied. Check with multimeter, should be 12v at connector with 4WD switched off and 0v when brakes applied or 4WD switched on. If not happening like this could be brake switch fault. If it is ok, next step would be to pressure test, should have 22 to 24 bar on line into the clutch when 4WD off and no pressure when it's switched on or brakes applied (coupler engaged by spring pressure and needs hyd pressure to keep 4WD off). If all behaving ok, then internal issue is suspect.
    HTH.
