I stuck the ones I took up in the motors chat thread if anybody wants a look. You were obviously there a lot earlier than I was, the crowds were much bigger when we arrived.

We left around 13.15 as it was just starting to ease off. It was a great day I have to say.

Looks brilliant, some amazing machinery at it.. I only found out about it via the chat thread yesterday morning - (too late) where would one keep abreast of this kind of information? I would have given a lot more than €10 to get a spin in an F40 (an organ perhaps) if I had of known about it :(

    Was the 2000gt there?

Would be great if you could embed them, perhaps in this thread. PITA clicking on all of the attachment links :P

Limerick Cars and Coffee is on the 1st Weekend of every month, along with Dublin. Cork is every 2nd weekend of every month.

Aye I know the normal dates but the supercar Sunday element would have coaxed me down to limerick for the day,

I would have walked down from kildare for a spin in an f40 if I knew it was a possibility.

Ah right, yeah it was just done as part of the usual C&C there. Limerick always has a quality show.

the F40 was flat out all day taking peopes for spins, fantastic to see it in use, not like the other 'supercars' that were wrapped up in cotton wool behind a barrier & under a tarp.
I think the caddy pick up was the car of the day for me

Flat out in more than one way, followed me out as I was leaving about 3 under taking and launched itself down the motorway ahead of me.

Needless to say my 280 bhp Burg felt very inadequate all of a sudden :pac::pac:
