All purpose right of way

The farm next to mine has access from the public road over my land and by the side of my house. It a boreen about 10 feet wide. The land was sold and the new owner became very vocal about the boreen, and wanted me to sign a paper giving him an all purpose right of way. He lives 10 miles away and he began to come in the road at 3 and 4 in the morning, turn in his place, come out and stop at the side of my house and drive off. He came to the door and told me to sign a piece of paper giving him an all purpose right of way. I said my solicitor would have to look at it. The solicitor said the neighbour probably just wanted confirmation of his access, and my daughter said I should sign it just to quieten him down. I signed, but was not happy to do so, but I have a right of way across his land, so I said if I signed for him, I wanted him to guarantee my right of way in the same manner. I received nothing from him. I am 69 and a widow.
Now he has heavy machinery going in and out, the road is badly potholed and floods because an engineer said the underground drains are broken from lorries.
Have I any chance to undo my signing of that paper? I only signed it because I wanted peace and quiet and he did frighten me coming down the road at night.
