Hi Garrett, i practise kriya yoga. It's more of a spiritual meditative practise than a physical yoga, though there are postures. It's very focused on breath. It comes from a long line of masters, the most famous of whom was Yogananda Ji, author of Autobiography of a Yogi . It's very much scientifically based. That's a brief synopsis. I find it very effective..

    Hello Sparkeldrum
I have been practising meditation for years, Kundalini yoga for a bit which has its similarities, and recently read Autobiography of a yogi. Wow what a read, watched Awake documentary also. I felling really drawn to kriya yoga so im beginning home lessons from self realisation. It would be nice to keep in touch to share experiences as I feel it is not very common in Ireland, but I could be wrong.

As it happens there is a teacher coming from the Netherlands on weekend of April 28th. She will do initiations and there is also an info night on the Friday Eve. It's all on the website kriya.org.
