Drawings for planning for shed.

    Hi,

    I'm looking to build a shed it's just a steel shed 75m2. My neighbour has same shed already built. I have the plans from his shed only thing I need to change is location of the door. I rang a architect which quoted me €1000 to do the plans which I thought was bit steep considering I was giving him the plans I had. Anyone know what's the best way of going about it or recommend a program I could do it myself?

    Do you have a site plan with all features marked?
    A site section section?
    Plans elevations of all other buildings on the site, and permission to use those drawings for a new application
    Do you have the planning site notice, planning application filled out, wording for planning add, os maps marked up?

    1000€ - vat= ~800
    - site visit say ~200
    - cost of add,fee, maps ~200
    ~400 to draft all of the above
    + unknown hasstle
    ...
