No it doesnt.

Its possible it wont regen because of the faulty throttle actuater.

Wasting your time ive seen them give trouble likely needs replacing.
If its under warranty get it sorted now or it will need a dpf aswell.

You wont a couple of weeks if dpf is blocked it will go into limp mode when it gets to a certain soot load which wont take long if it cant regenerate.
