Ok so I know this has been asked a good bit but its 6 months since last updated..

I want a single box that I can have the Irish channels, the UK channels and KODI or showbox..

The only box that I can find that does this so far is the Ariva 4k.. which on this site is not getting good reviews..

Has there been anything new added to the market??

*I just want a single box not ones that need terrestrial tuners or anything extra.. not tech savy so plug and play is needed*

The Amiko A3 combo does all that you are looking for Freetv sell these, I have both the Amiko A3 combo and Ariva 4K , the only advantage that the 4K has is that you can install a hard drive permanently into the box, but I haven't done this as I don't record that much...

Would you recommend the 4k?? Seems like a good machine but just few bad reviews on here turning me away

I'd prefer the Amiko, as it has a nicer user interface, the 4K is a bit laggy when changing channels but not a big problem,

I've used Netflix , YouTube and all the other usual android apps and addons on both boxes and both perform very well,

Both are very easy to set up and edit channels , have nicely laid out EPG - both are fine receivers in fairness, but I just have a slight preference for the Amiko

I have a couple of questions about this device.

    1. Do you get a combined EPG?
    2. Is the EPG 7 day?
    3. Is the EPG EIT, or do I need to point it at an XMLTV source?

I like the look of this for motorhome use as it is 12 volt and has android. Also the other devices mentioned above look great, but they are a lot more expensive than this one.

I see also that there is a libreelec build for this, which i think i can dual boot off the sd card. Can run tvheadend on that and then that would be nice, but would need to reboot to use the android part.

A general warning that there is no discussion of where one might find any pirated material or any links to any vendor claiming that their box offers access to pirated material for free.

A question on this box - can you have both satellite and terrestrial channels in one EPG?
