Hi, is it possible to get a mortgage for a house that's needs renovating?? It would need new windows, insulation, septic tank and flooring, would the bank give the funds to cover this in the mortgage if the price of the house was low and all still within budget? The house value would dramatically increase! Also any advice from people that have done this? Thanks a mill
