Hi I am currently going through divorce proceedings. Necessary paperwork has been going back and forth between our solicitors for the past two years and a court date should be given by the end of the year. I have two questions:

Do I need a barrister for the court hearing? If I do, what is the normal fees for this?

Only you and your legal team can decide if you need a barrister.
    They can be expensive.
