I think its something you will need to ask your company about. Is it a van or a car? What age, make/model?

Driving mine just over two years with 128,000 km up, I think it gets replaced at 150 when the warranty's up.

Is it owned or leased by the company? Leases are usually 3/4 years or a set mileage limit whichever occurs first.

Very surprised the lease allows you get that mileage. There are normally very heavy charges per km over 160,000 on most leases. It becomes very uneconomical for the company as they get a very big bill when the car/van is handed back.

Ours are leased for 4 years. It used to be 3 but I guess 4 saves the company some money.

Unfortunately BIK is the same no matter how long the lease.

I would imagine a pajero is fairly lousy to drive ? Very crude.
