Cannot Remove LuckyStarting.com!

My computer got infected by LuckyStarting.com malware two days ago. Every time I run the Chrome browser, this page will load itself. No matter how I try to remove it, it won’t go away. Here are what I have done: 1. run Norton. 2. restore the chrome browser. 3. restore system. Any other suggestion?

Try hitting it with rkill, Malwarebytes (free), AdwCleaner, and rounding off with Hitman Pro.

It'll take a while, but it should remove even the toughest stains!
