    Are you in an Internet cafe and its locked to browser only?
    It sounds like you do not have administrative control of the PC, which probably means you don't own the PC, which probably means the owner doesn't want you accessing anything other than IE

    I am developing a web based HMI where IE running in kiosk mode. IE starts up on power up and all shortcuts disabled therefore the operators can not get behind the IE application and use the PC. I need to either remap Alt+F4 to a key combination that only the engineers will know or a password window that opens by pressed a shortcut, so engineers can use the PC
