Hi all looking for some help.

I bought a laptop from an online laptop company it worked for around a month and they wouldn't even reply to any questions on how to get replaced or repaired.

Long story short I brought case to small claims and was awarded cost of laptop and have a European decree.

Cost awarded under €400 and any court in the UK I can get in touch with won't deal with it and the one I eventually got which covers the area where the company are based sent back all my documents and said I would have to apply for a decree off them even though what I have covers all of Europe. 1st set of documents were lost so had to apply for new ones.

All courts I can find won't deal with anything under £600 sterling or so I've been told.

The decree is from 2014 as all I've been getting is the run around and I forgot all about it after all the stress of getting nowhere.

Anyone have anything similar happen or know of a way I would really appreciate the help.

How did you pay, I'd be looking for money back that way, be it credit card or PayPal.

You need a county court bailiff? http://thesheriffsoffice.com/articles/european-enforcement-orders

By the looks of it you need to pay GBP 110 for an order of execution or something first.

Hi and thanks for the replies.

Bought back in 2013/or so and got nowhere bank was also useless at the time and went outside the timeframe for charge back and as I had goods this wouldn't happen.

I brought claim to small claims in Dublin and got awarded cost of laptop.

I tried many many different courts and all I got back were documents stating I would need a decree..... Now this is the issue that's exactly what I have and its a European decree and states so and is also suppose to work for all of Europe as I already was charged for this.

If there are extra costs the sheriff is suppose to add this to the cost of retrieving monies.
