Final Bill / Credit Refund

    Hello Eir.

    I just received my final bill. I am [font=arial, sans-serif][/font]50+ in credit.

    How do I claim that back.

    If you contact our customer care team on 1901 they will be able to arrange a refund for you for the credit on your account.

    Sorry for the delay in responding, I did what you said and I got a cheque (refund) in the post about a week later. When I called, the lady said it may take up to 60 days, but it was sorted within a week.
