    Hi Guys

Having had the AV2300 for about 2 months now,I have noticed that occasionally after I turn on tv etc. that after a couple of minutes I lose my picture and the screen turns to snow.
I have to remove the HDMI cable from the telly and plug it back in which activates the picture again, this didn't happen prior to getting  the receiver.
Have you had any reports of this ?
Software is up to date etc.

    Hey Clintondaly.

Hmmmmm.... Not an issue I've came up against with the 2300 unfortunately.

There are a few checks I can get you to do so we can try and confirm the problem.

Do you know if this happens on all HDMI inputs on the receiver?

What type of HDMI cable are you using and would you have another you could try?

Have you tried a different HDMI input on the TV?

What sources are connected to the amp?

Let me know and we will get this sorted as soon as possible for you.

    Good news..

you may also want to have a look at your HDMI CEC settings on the TV and amp as you may be switching inputs unintentionally - but all good at the moment if the issue appears to be resolved at the mo..
