Hello I would like to ask you how does it work with export of car's breaking parts to Europe? Do I need some approval? Do I need un-register car? Thank you.

You want to buy a car in Ireland and take it to Europe to strip it for parts?

Just take it - there's no official process of deregistration in Ireland.

No I want to strip car here in Ireland and then send out all the breaking parts to Slovakia. Well and what about the carriage fees? Do you know something about it? Well I am 100% sure that I will have to pay for import of breaking parts or a full car but I don't know anything about fees for exporting.

Are you related to OP, or something? :D

Anyway - I'm not sure what you're talking about.
If you want to strip the car here, and send parts to Slovakia, then do.
Whatever is left from the car you can sell for scrap here, and for shipping parts, you can use some courier company.
Both Ireland and Slovakia are in the EU, so there aren't any taxes to pay. Only cost isf sending those parts by courier.
