Benefits of Management Posgraduate Course?

I've been considering applying for a postgraduate masters in engineering in order to increase my skills, employability and perhaps even aid me if I ever want a career change in the future.

I was looking at one course in particular, titled Engineering Management. It would be a 2 year course part-time. I am in the Civil/Structural field, but not quite enough experience to be fully managing and finding my own projects.

Would this kind of course be of any use to someone in my field? I figured it could aid me in getting into more of a project management role, or give me career opportunities down the line if another crash hits and I want to move away from engineering.

Has anyone undertaken this course or anything similar? Would you recommend it to someone like me? Thank you.
