    Hi,
Just wondering if somebody could help me please.
I am currently on illness benefit and out of work the last few months.
I'm having nothing but hassle from my employer regards meetings and certs.
I'm just wondering if I hand my notice into my job now can I stay on my illness benefit certs for the next 9 weeks and claim my illness benefit and then sign on for my stamps without getting a 9 week penalty because my doctors certs would cover me for 9 weeks illness benefit.
