    Hi Folks,

Looking for a bit of advice on this, person i know is renovating a 60s bungalow that has a suspended timber floor with a void of about 6 inches under the timbers. They are currently not planning on adding any insulation to this area, however i said that they probably should. there is currently no insulation there at all.

any recommendations for the best way to go about it and the benefits - they are really tight on funds and i am trying to convince them to cut back in other areas to get this work done.

Once the kitchen goes in it will be a major job, whereas now they have access to the entire sub floor area.

    any advice gratefully received.
