Psych or socio ?

In general terms, what is ; 1. A psychopath and 2. A sociopath. Are there common traits between them ? BTW I imagine that there is probably no such thing as an absolute psychopath or sociopath but would expect that there can be some characters who have the relevant traits to some degree or other.

I was under the impression that a Psycho-Path was someone who had no concept of right or wrong whilst in an enraged state,
Whereas a Socio-Path does know the difference between right and wrong, and is Ego driven?
