Hi all. Myself and a few friends are heading to Dubrovnik in May for a few nights. I was wondering what general area would be best to look for accommodation in terms of being near bars/restaurants/night clubs and ideally not too far from the beach.

None of us have been there before so we're a bit lost looking at Booking.com!

    Thanks for any help. :)

In or as close to the old town as possible.

Went on stag here a couple of years ago, all the decent bars are in or very close to the old town. They close relatively early, maybe 1am. There is a couple of nightclubs on the outskirts of the old town. So best to stay in or very close to the old town.
