Right so I'm one of them people that eats a lot and doesn't get fat. I eat A LOT. I eat anything that's put in front of me and am not a fussy eater, however I am unhealthy. I eat a ridiculous amount of chocolate. And I get no exercise. Sitting the leaving next year and it's impossible to balance between studying, practicing instruments and exercising. So I gave up a long time ago. Will I be able to get over my unhealthy habits in college or do they have long term effects on me?

Things you can do now are cut out the chocolate, biscuits, cake and get off the bus one stop earlier and on one stop later.

Long term , you're looking at obesity, diabetes, joint damage plus whatever else gets in there.

Leave it till college, then end of first year...End second year....You get the picture I'm sure!

Actually the thing is, I hope to be studying Criminal Justice next year and get a good gym plan, because I want to be a guard. You need to have serious physical stamina for that. I will have the motivation then I'm sure of it. Do I need to start now though?

Yep. You do. And you should be exercising now. What age are you? 17 or 18? You should be getting at least 60 minutes of aerobic exercise every day.

    16. So I guess I'll start then. But in 6th year, frankly, I know I won't have the time.
