Is it just me or do the majority of drivers use this roundabout incorrectly?

EG coming from city centre direction and continuing straight on Navan Road you should be in the left lane and then signal left after you pass the first exit on the left?

however most motorists seem to be in the right lane (which i assume is only to be used if turning right at the roundabout (3rd exit) .... i guess this is because the road divides into two lanes right before the roundabout and there is two lanes at the exit too

Two lanes into the roundabout and two lanes out means both lanes can be used to go straight on.
Use the left lane to take the first left, use the right lane to turn right.
