    If you had given in a journal/project, you would just be marked on that. If you had not handed in a project and didn't go to the exam, no mention of Religion would appear on your results.
    You'd just go to hell....or perhaps not.

    The very same thing as would happen if you didn't turn up for any other of your exams, you'd get an NG or a mark for your journal if you handed it in.
