I trust if a product is Passive House Certified, but the cert has expired and the item is not installed as yet, then it is not longer Passive House Certificate according to the instuition.

Are companies still allowed to promote that the item is certified, assume not.

It seems this post is about Passive House Certified and not Passive House Certificate
perhaps you might go advanced edit and amend both the body and the title accordingly

“I can’t pay my staff or mortgage with instagram likes”.
