River island usually have nice vest tops I bought a load last year and the year before. Pennies or a sportswear shop will have leggings and vest tops too.

Zara Leggings are unreal! They are a bit dearer than the likes of new look, but they are really thick and some of them come with elasticated paneling in the waist of them! They really last, and wash really well too.
